The pigging unit is specifically designed for transporting liquid dough and similar products using water pressure. By pushing a “pig” through the pipes, the product is efficiently delivered to the line while the pipelines remain clean without compromising the gluten structure or overall quality of the product. Because the product does not come into contact with air or vacuum pressure, its structure remains intact.

This system is available for one to four lines, ensuring not only an optimal end product but also hygienic and clean piping.
