The fermentation tanks can be optionally equipped with an agitator and cooling system, providing optimal control of the fermentation process. Accurate temperature regulation ensures ideal conditions for liquid dough maturation.
The motor and manhole are located on top of the tank, allowing easy access and maintenance. The tanks are available in capacities of 3,000 and 10,000 liters and can be configured to serve multiple lines. Depending on your needs, versions with or without cooling and agitation are available.
