The liquid dough preparation unit is designed for efficient and consistent production of liquid dough. The system consists of a flour intake hopper, a production tank, and a pump. Flour is fed directly from the silo into the hopper, where it is mixed with water and other ingredients to form a homogeneous mixture.

With a capacity of 1,500 kg per hour, the prepared dough is transferred from the tank to the fermentation tanks. This compact system provides a streamlined solution for preparing liquid dough in an industrial production environment.
